Terms of payment and cancellation 

Payment Terms

Please refer to your individual invoice for complete payment details, including available payment options and the required deposit amount.

A deposit of 25% of the total booking amount or a minimum amount specified per room in the invoice is required within two weeks of receiving the invoice or payment link. Upon receipt of the deposit, your booking will be confirmed.

The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days prior to arrival.

For bookings made less than 30 days before arrival, the full amount is due immediately and must be paid in full prior to arrival to confirm the booking.

All international payments from outside Tanzania should preferably be made via credit card using the online payment link provided by email.

Cancellation Terms

The deposit is non-refundable.

For cancellations made within 30 days of arrival, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total booking amount will be applied (the full invoice amount remains due).

Any remaining balance that has already been paid will not be refunded, even if voluntarily paid in full before the due date (30 days prior to arrival).

Makoa-Farm Ltd. strongly recommends purchasing travel cancellation and interruption insurance.
